When will I find out my ranking?
Your ranking will be announced at our extravagant awards ceremony hosted at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, on March 13th, 2024. The list will be published online the following day on the Great Place To Work website at 7:00 am GMT, March 14th, 2024. 
How many companies have been recognised in this year's awards?

Great Place To Work will be recognising 350 companies on our 2025 Best Workplaces™ lists. 

Small (20-50 employees): 100 
Medium (51-250 employees): 100
Large (251-1000 employees): 100
Super Large (1001+ employees): 50 

Where can I find my marketing toolkit?

Your marketing toolkit with promotion materials can be found here.

Please note that all internal communications and promotional activities regarding this list are strictly embargoed until 7:00am GMT on March 14th 2025.  

What size category is my company?

Please refer to your Certified Profile for your size category.

How can I change my company name, logo or sector?

Please email recognition@greatplacetowork.co.uk if you need to update your company name, logo or sector.  

Where can I buy tickets for the awards?

You can purchase tickets to the awards night here.

  

Do we get a trophy? When will I receive my trophy?

All event attendees will receive one complimentary trophy per company, with the option to purchase extra ones on our merchandise site. Please note that you will need to book tickets by February 7th in order to receive your trophy on the night. Any bookings made after this date will have their trophy shipped to them. Please note the trophies will be sent via ‘Signed For’ postage so please enter in your home address if you are not office based.

I notice the embargo lifts at 7am on 14 March, does this mean we can’t live tweet/post on social media at the Awards event?

At 07:00am on 14th March the full official Best Workplaces List rankings will go live on our website and social media channels, and all organisations are welcome to publicise their success through any external comms channels too (e.g. press releases).  

However, those listmakers who are Awards attendees on the night of 13th March will have an early opportunity to celebrate their recognition throughout the event proceedings by posting photographs (e.g. a group team photo) on social media, using the hashtag #UKBestWorkplaces, and tagging us:
